Madison Family Dental Group is looking for a Dental Assistant (DA) who brings positive energy, strong work ethic, and a patient-first mindset to our growing practice.

We are seeking someone who is dependable, self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a supportive team while building their clinical and professional skills.

Compensation

$24.00 – $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms efficiently
• Sterilize and maintain instruments following proper protocols
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Help create a calm, comfortable experience for every patient
• Take digital X-rays (if certified)
• Assist with charting and maintaining accurate patient records
• Work closely with the Lead RDA, doctor and team to ensure high-quality care

What We’re Looking For

• Dental Assistant experience preferred
• X-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and consistent on-time attendance (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly personality — not timid in patient interactions
• Ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Willingness to take direction from Lead RDA, doctor and leadership
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Full-time: Monday - Thursday (32 hours per week, 3 day weekends!)
