Dental Assistant (DA/RDA) – Patient-Centered Functional Dentistry

We are a prevention and wellness-focused dental office that believes oral health is deeply connected to overall health. We take time with our patients and focus on education, relationships, and personalized care—not high-volume dentistry.

We’re looking for a team member who genuinely enjoys helping people become healthier and more confident.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist chairside during restorative, preventive, and clear aligner procedures.
- Support and coordinate clear aligner cases, patient education, and follow-up care.
- Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and scans.
- Help keep treatment flow smooth, efficient, and organized.
- Educate patients and reinforce treatment plans and home care.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols.
- Work collaboratively to create an outstanding patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- California DA or RDA license.
- Experience with clear aligner therapy (Invisalign or similar preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient rapport.
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable with technology and digital workflows.

Schedule:
- Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (if applicable).
