Hyde Park Dentistry is a privately owned (non-corporate) dental practice seeking an experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing team as we transition into a brand new, state-of-the-art facility.

We are currently a busy 2-doctor practice expanding to 3 doctors, and we’re looking for team members who want to grow with us long-term.

Technology & Clinical Scope

Our office offers a full range of services, including (but not limited to):

• Preventative & hygiene care
• Restorative dentistry, including same-day crowns
• Endodontics
• Oral Surgery
• Invisalign
• Implants and full-arch cases

We utilize advanced technology, including:

• Same-day crown milling
• Multiple intraoral scanners
• 3D printing
• CBCT imaging

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors chairside during a variety of procedures
• Place fillings independently and competently (EFDA required)
• Take digital impressions and radiographs
• Maintain operatory efficiency and organization
• Deliver an excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• EFDA certification required
• Radiology License required
• Prior dental assisting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player that's willing to help where needed
