A Dental Assistant with experience. Calm, confident, and composed. A natural communicator who loves helping patients feel at ease. Coachable, dependable, and ready to learn new systems and workflows. Not afraid of change, in fact, you thrive in it! Comfortable with digital dentistry and open to technology! You care deeply about doing excellent work and being part of a great team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the doctor chairside with a variety of procedures

Helping set the tone for a positive, professional patient experience

Preparing and turning over rooms with absolute precision

Supporting clinical operations, inventory, sterilization, and ordering

Helping shape and refine systems and protocols as we grow

Jumping in wherever needed
