E Plant Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and creative team member to join our growing dental office as a Dental Assistant / Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in social media and content creation, and is eager to grow within the dental field.

We welcome candidates with or without prior dental experience. Training will be provided for the right person who is positive, motivated, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Care

• Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming experience
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing coordination
• Manage patient communication and follow-up
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area
• Support smooth daily office operations

Dental Assisting

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental X-rays and digital scans
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Social Media & Content Support

• Help create and post content for Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms
• Take photos/videos of the office, team, and treatments
• Assist with reels, stories, and patient engagement
• Support the office’s online presence and branding
• Stay updated on social media trends and creative ideas

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese preferred
• Dental experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or social media apps
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural team environment

Position Details

• Part-time or Full time
• Monday–Friday | 9 AM–4 PM
• Located in Henderson, NV

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
