Dental Assistant / Front Desk Support (DA or RDA)

We are a patient‑focused dental practice looking for a dependable, friendly Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our team. This position is primarily chairside assisting, with some front desk support as needed. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a respectful, supportive environment.

About the role
You will work closely with the doctor during procedures and help keep the day running smoothly. While this is a clinical‑first role, comfort with basic front office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and patient check‑in/check‑out is highly valued. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, and we are also open to assistants who are working toward their RDA license.

What you’ll be doing
Assisting chairside during dental procedures
Preparing and sterilizing instruments following proper protocols
Taking dental radiographs as permitted by licensure
Keeping operatories clean, organized, and stocked
Updating patient records (Dentrix experience is a plus)
Educating patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment instructions
Helping with front desk tasks when needed, including phone calls and scheduling
Supporting a positive, efficient workflow throughout the office

What we’re looking for
DA or RDA license (or actively pursuing RDA)
Entry‑level or mid‑level experience welcome
Spanish‑speaking is a plus
Dentrix experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, organized, and professional
Comfortable multitasking in a busy but supportive environment
