About This Position

We are hiring for two roles at our Killeen, TX location:

1. Dental Assistant
You will assist the doctor chairside, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, and ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit. You’ll help maintain clinical flow and support procedures efficiently while delivering excellent patient care.

2. Front Desk Team Member
You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, and managing patient check-in/check-out. You will help create a welcoming environment and keep the office running smoothly from the front end.

Both roles require strong teamwork, communication, and a commitment to excellent patient experience.

Qualifications / Expectations

  • Dental Assistant: RDA License (Texas) Required
  • Dental Assistant: X-Ray Certification Required
  • Front Desk: Prior dental or medical office experience Preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills Required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Required
  • Experience with Dentrix or dental software Preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
