Dental Assistant – Full Time (Bilingual Spanish/English Required)

Our general dentistry practice is seeking a full-time bilingual Dental Assistant to join our team starting in April. We are a team-oriented office where staff support one another and work together to create a positive environment for both patients and coworkers.

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and motivated to grow their clinical skills.

Schedule

The schedule alternates weekly:

Week 1

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Week 2

• Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Perform coronal polishing
• Prepare and break down operatories
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and assist with overall patient flow

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience taking dental X-rays
• Experience performing coronal polishing
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (but not required):

• Placing sealants
• Fabricating temporaries
• Intraoral scanning
• Assisting with removable prosthodontics

Compensation:

• Pay based on experience
