Dental Assistant — Full-Time (Dayton Dental)

Join a small, supportive general practice where your work truly matters. We’re hiring one dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to be our lead chairside partner and help keep our day running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead-assist the doctor for restorations (fillings, crowns)
• Turn rooms efficiently for multiple hygienists; keep ops spotless and ready
• Take comfortable, high-quality X-rays (pano & bitewings)
• Sterilize, prep, and organize instruments and supplies
• Communicate clearly with patients and teammates
• Chart accurately in Dentrix and support overall flow

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year chairside experience (crowns/fillings a plus)
• Team-first mindset, calm under pressure, strong follow-through
• Someone who wants to grow with us long term

Schedule

• Mon–Wed: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Thu: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM

Day shift only—no nights.
