We’re hiring a Dental Assistant who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- Oregon X-ray certification (required)
- 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred
- Basic chairside assisting skills (restorative procedures, suction, isolation)
- Familiarity with digital X-rays and imaging workflows
- Understanding of sterilization protocols and OSHA standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with crown/bridge procedures and temporaries
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar PMS
- Interest in expanding into EFDA functions over time
- Exposure to oral surgery or specialty procedures
What You’ll Do
- Assist with general and restorative dental procedures
- Set up and break down operatories efficiently
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience
- Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the schedule running on time

Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$28/hr (based on experience)
