Dental Assistant (General + Restorative)

We’re hiring a Dental Assistant who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Oregon X-ray certification (required)
• 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred
• Basic chairside assisting skills (restorative procedures, suction, isolation)
• Familiarity with digital X-rays and imaging workflows
• Understanding of sterilization protocols and OSHA standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with crown/bridge procedures and temporaries
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar PMS
• Interest in expanding into EFDA functions over time
• Exposure to oral surgery or specialty procedures

What You’ll Do

• Assist with general and restorative dental procedures
• Set up and break down operatories efficiently
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience
• Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the schedule running on time

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$28/hr (based on experience)
