Dental Assistant I

Job Summary

At Oasis Dental, we are redefining what a dental visit feels like. We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is not only clinically skilled, but also passionate about creating a calm, supportive, and elevated experience for every guest.

In this role, you will be an essential part of the clinical team, supporting the doctor while helping each appointment flow seamlessly. Your attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, and warm presence will contribute to an environment where patients feel at ease and genuinely cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Support the doctor during exams and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
• Prepare and maintain instruments and treatment rooms with intention and organization
• Capture high-quality diagnostics, including radiographs and 3D scans
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including medical histories and treatment notes
• Guide and educate guests on oral health and post-treatment care in a clear and supportive way
• Assist with scheduling and guest communication when needed to maintain a seamless experience
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control

Who You Are

• Experienced as a Dental Assistant or in a similar clinical role
• Knowledgeable in dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical workflows
• Comfortable with digital systems such as Eaglesoft or similar platforms
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and organization
• A clear communicator who helps guests feel comfortable and informed
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, positive environment
• Experience with pediatric patients is a plus, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
