What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in dental assisting
- Inspire and motivate students to succeed in both classroom and clinical settings
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout students’ educational journey
- Maintain a positive, high-energy learning environment
- Track student progress and ensure program outcomes are achieved
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental assisting experience, RDA required
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High energy, positivity, and a passion for helping others grow
- A go-getter mindset with the ability to motivate and connect with students
