Kaya Dental is looking for an experienced, friendly, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Leominster, MA.

We are a busy, modern general dental office expanding to two doctors and looking for the right person to become part of our exciting and supportive team. As a generational family practice, we take pride in the long-term relationships we have built with both our patients and our staff. Many of our team members have been with the office for 5–30 years.

Our office provides high-quality family, cosmetic, and implant restorative dentistry in a welcoming and patient-focused environment. We utilize the latest technology including digital radiographs, iTero scanners, panoramic X-rays, and electronic records to deliver exceptional care.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No weekends
• No evenings
• Competitive pay based on experience and skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry procedures including restorative, cosmetic veneers, surgical extractions, Invisalign, implant restorative procedures, and more
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays, panoramic X-rays, iTero scans, and impressions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Ensure patient comfort throughout treatment
• Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
• Assist with scheduling and front desk duties as needed
• Work collaboratively with the entire team to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification required
• Experience with Dentrix, iTero, and panoramic radiographs preferred
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be cross-trained within the practice
