We are hiring a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing Madera office. Our practice is modern, supportive, and fast-paced, with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during procedures
• Prepare and set up operatories for each patient
• Take X-rays (if licensed) and follow sterilization protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back office
• Support patient flow, room turnover, and charting
• Help with additional clinical tasks as needed

Requirements

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray license preferred but not required
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation

• $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience and licensing)
• Full-time or part-time schedule
