Dental Assistant- Macomb

Responsibilities:

• Chairside Assistance: Work closely with the dentist to assist during procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
• Maintain Equipment: Ensure all dental equipment is properly sterilized, functioning, and ready for use.
• Order Supplies & Manage Inventory: Keep track of dental supplies, place orders, and maintain an organized inventory system.
• Team Leadership: Help guide and support junior dental assistants and staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workflow.
• Patient Care: Provide top-notch care and comfort to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of dental experience
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant role is REQUIRED.
• Stong Knowledge of dental instruments/ dental supplies and dental procedures is REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with dental terminology related to dentistry.
• Experience: Previous dental assistant experience, with a strong understanding of chairside duties, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Organization: Ability to maintain a well-organized environment, from sterilization to inventory control.
• Team Player: Positive, motivated attitude with a commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration.
• Flexibility: Availability to work full-time and manage day-to-day duties with ease.

Work Hours:

• Monday: 9AM - 6:00PM
• Tuesday: 8AM - 5:00PM
• Wednesday: 9AM - 6:00PM
• Thursday: 8AM - 5:00PM

And/ OR

• Alternating Fridays: 9AM- 3PM OR
• Alternating Saturdays: 9AM - 2PM

• Dexis & Romexis (Digital X-rays)
