Dental Assistant / Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant / Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in the dental field to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate will support dentists and oral surgeons in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized clinical environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Dental Assisting
• Valid DOH license
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a dental clinic or dental hospital
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

• Experience assisting in oral surgery or specialized dental procedures
• Knowledge of dental software systems (DOK32)
• Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists/oral surgeons during dental and surgical procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments in compliance with infection control standards
• Prepare patients for dental treatments and provide chairside assistance
• Take and record patient medical and dental histories
• Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures
• Provide post-operative care instructions and patient education
• Manage dental materials, supplies, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and clinic policies
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support emergency dental procedures when required

Our medical center is located inside Al Falah Central Mall in Al Falah City, Abu Dhabi.

• Shift schedule is either 11am-7pm or 2pm-10pm (shifting)
• Able to join immediately
