We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly motivated Dental Assistant who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. This position is based at our dental office in Ocala, Florida.

Dental Assistant Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in chairside assisting during a wide range of general dental procedures
• Ability to capture high-quality digital radiographs and maintain accurate, detailed patient records
• Strong understanding of sterilization processes and infection control protocols in compliance with industry standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise instrument handling
• Experience fabricating temporary crowns, including taking impressions, trimming, and polishing provisional restorations
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

Dental Assistant Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of one (1) year of dental assisting experience preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates will be considered
• Current CPR certification
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
