Dental Assistant Office Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring a Dental Assistant Office Supervisor to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth dental practice.

This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership ability and operational experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked as a Dental Assistant in the past.

You will play a key role in managing staff, supporting daily operations, and driving overall office performance, while staying close to the clinical environment when needed.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of dental assistants & front desk staff
  • Drive team accountability, morale, and performance
  • Act as the bridge between staff and Office Manager

Clinical & Operational Excellence

  • Support clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth daily flow
  • Assist chairside when needed (if experienced)
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and experience
  • Help manage scheduling efficiency and patient volume

Performance & Growth

  • Support production goals and office KPIs
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
  • Contribute to revenue growth and cost control initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a dental office
  • Dental Assisting experience is a plus (preferred, not required)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • High ownership mindset (“see it, solve it”)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
