38th Modern Dental is an established general dentistry clinic located in the Denver Highlands. We are seeking a Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our growing team full-time, Monday-Thursday. Our ideal Dental Assistant/EDDA will bring reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented focus to our practice. We are seeking 1 or more years of experience in general dentistry with EDDA experience as a huge plus. Responsibilities:
- Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
- Assist the dentist chairside
- A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
- Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
- Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
- Present and enter treatment plans into Denticon
- Provide post-operative instructions
- Order and stock supplies, and any additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in general dentistry required
- Active CPR Certification required
- X-Ray Certification Required
- EDDA experience and certification preferred
- Dental Assistant Certification preferred
