Dental Assistant - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

We are a well-established private oral surgery practice located in Towson, MD and are looking for the right person — not just anyone, to join us as an entry level surgical dental assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Take and record patients' vital signs
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Take digital dental x-rays
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year - Required

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification - Required
• CPR - Preferred
• Infection Control - Preferred
