We are currently looking for an orthodontic assistant to join our fun, patient-focused team. This full-time position offers an amazing schedule with a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) and no scheduled evenings or weekends.

Our ideal team member is friendly, positive, dependable, and enjoys interacting with patients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent fine motor skills, and a willingness to learn are qualities that help someone thrive in this role.

Woodlake Orthodontics – Burnsville is a private, doctor-owned orthodontic practice that shares space with a Metro Dentalcare office. We provide high-quality orthodontic care using modern technology, including self-ligating brackets, Invisalign® treatment (Sapphire provider), iTero digital scanning, digital photography, digital radiographs, and Ortho2 Edge practice management software.

Previous orthodontic assisting experience is helpful but not required. New graduates who are still working toward licensure are encouraged to apply. We are happy to provide training and support for the right person who shares our commitment to excellent patient care.

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

• orthodontic assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Minnesota Dental Assisting License (or soon to obtain one) (Required)
