We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant Practice Manager with strong team leadership, communication, and management experience to oversee daily operations, support providers, and drive practice success. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who communicates effectively, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dental office operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow
  • Lead, coach, and clearly communicate expectations while supporting team development
  • Present treatment plans confidently and educate patients on oral health, procedures, and post-care needs
  • Support clinical operations, including chairside assistance when needed
  • Ensure accurate EMR documentation and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
  • Maintain sterilization, spore testing, and waterline testing protocols
  • Build strong patient relationships through clear, compassionate communication
  • Drive office growth through efficient operations, team engagement, and exceptional patient service

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dental leadership experience
  • 5–7 years of clinical dental experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with treatment plan presentation and patient education
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • X-ray certification (if state-required)
  • Experience with Dentrix software
