Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist with various clinical procedures, manage patient records, and ensure a smooth workflow within the practice.
Duties
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Take X-rays as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Familiar with our management system Eaglesoft
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Assist in managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. (If not an RDA wages will be based off of experience)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy is essential.
- Familiarity with X-ray procedures and safety protocols is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft is a plus.
- Tech Savy, familiar with Cerec, Implants
- Implant and Oral Surgery knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
