Dental Assistant (RDA or Experienced DA) – Part-Time Sunny Hills Dentistry · Fullerton, CA · Private Practice

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour, commensurate with licensure and experience RDAs are considered at the higher end of the pay range. Experienced DAs without an RDA license are welcome to apply — compensation reflects your licensure and clinical background.

Sunny Hills Dentistry is a privately owned, patient-centered general dental office in Fullerton. Our small, cohesive team takes pride in high-quality clinical care and a respectful, low-drama work environment. We run an organized, systems-driven practice — which means less chaos for you and more time focused on patient care.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday
• 16–20 hours per week
• Consistent, long-term position — not temporary or fill-in work

What You'll Do

• Chairside assisting for general and esthetic procedures (composites, crowns, extractions, implant restorations)
• Digital radiographs, perio charting, and supporting patient flow
• Sterilization and OSHA-compliant infection control protocols
• Maintaining a clean, efficient, well-stocked clinical environment
• Communicating warmly and clearly with patients throughout their visit

Ideal Candidate

• Active California RDA license (preferred), or DA with 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience
• Available Monday–Thursday consistently
• Background in a general or multi-specialty private practice
• Comfortable with digital X-rays and charting software
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent — this is not a fill-in role
• Strong communication with patients and teammates
• Looking to grow with one office long-term
