Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the clinic. Duties

• Assist dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring that patients are comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting treatment plans accurately.
• Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Assist with pediatric patients, providing a friendly and reassuring presence during their visits.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in using dental software for managing patient records.
• Knowledge of anatomy related to dental health is essential.
• Familiarity with infection control practices in a dental clinic setting.
• Experience in four-handed dentistry techniques is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
