Claybrooke Dental is a modern, patient-focused private dental practice in Gahanna, Ohio, and we are looking for a motivated Sterilization/Hygiene Assistant to join our growing team.

We are searching for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is a true team player who enjoys helping others, takes pride in staying organized, and brings positivity to the workplace each day.

Responsibilities Include:

• Sterilizing and organizing dental instruments
• Assisting the hygiene team during patient care
• Preparing and turning over treatment rooms
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the office
• Stocking supplies and helping support daily office flow
• Assisting with patient comfort and overall experience

• Active radiology license, or plans on obtaining one in the first 90 days
• Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Pay starts at $18/hour, depending on experience, + bonus eligibility after 90 days.
