Dental Assistant Trainee & Admin Cross-Train (7am–3pm)

Join our specialized endodontic team, focused on exceptional, high-quality patient care in a peaceful, spa-like environment. This is an exciting career growth opportunity with fully funded cross-training to become a registered Dental Assistant in Massachusetts. Your role will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and seamless patient coordination.

Primary Clinical Duties:

• Assisting the doctor during endodontic procedures, including specialized learning in facial aesthetics.
• Managing and cleaning the Autoclave and maintaining spore testing logs.
• Setting up treatment rooms and seating patients.
• Taking intra oral and extra oral X-rays with our CBCT machine (with required training/certification).
• Maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms and sterilization areas.

Administrative & Front-Office Duties:

• Managing the patient schedule and making appointments.
• Answering phones and providing professional patient communication.
• Processing and taking payments accurately.
• Ensuring a smooth transition for patients from the clinical chair to the front desk.
