Dental Assistant with X-Ray Certification

Job Title: Full-Time Dental Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will support the dentist in delivering high-quality care while ensuring a comfortable experience for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays (in accordance with NJ regulations)
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Dental X-Ray License (required)
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
