Receptionist / Back Office Experience

TruGLO Modern Dental, a top-rated Los Angeles dental brand, has opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art location in La Jolla. We are seeking an experienced, polished Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to join our high-performance team.

Our fully digital office features 5D scanners, CBCT, 3D imaging, and advanced cosmetic dentistry workflows. This is a growth-focused, modern environment — we are selective and seeking top-tier talent only.

Responsibilities

Dental billing (PPO, HMO, fee for service )

• Insurance verification & eligibility
• Accurate copay calculation & collection
• Claims submission & follow-up
• Accounts receivable & posting payments
• Deductible tracking
• Treatment coordination & case presentation
• Discuss financing (CareCredit, Sunbit)
• Invisalign & cosmetic dentistry coordination
• Professional phone communication & scheduling
• Sterilization
• Assisting if needed in back (breaking down rooms)
• Minimal dental assistant experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years dental front office experience and back office

• Strong understanding of dental insurance
• Confident discussing treatment and finances
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Computer proficiency & fast typing
• Back office/assisting knowledge is a plus
• Personable, reliable, detail-oriented

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
