Dental Assistant/Floater

We are a cosmetic driven boutique dental office looking for an amazing dental assistant/floater Who can help both the back and front office. We are looking for someone who has a bright attitude, is conscientious, and outgoing. We have a wonderful patient population, and a sincere dentist dedicated to quality care. You will be responsible for helping make patients happy to come to the dentist and making them smile- so a positive attitude is a must! Experience preferred.

Responsibilities: float between back and front office.

Back office:

• Take digital X-rays
• Break down and set up rooms
• Assist the dentist with procedures
• Sterilize and stock instruments

Front office:

• Smile :)
• Receive calls, schedule appointments, collect payments
• Verify insurance
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and staff
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dental field
• X-ray License
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change
• Willingness to create a positive working environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
