Dental Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled Dental Assistant with front office and insurance experience who wants to be part of a professional, supportive team that takes pride in excellent dentistry and patient care.

This role combines chairside assisting, insurance coordination, and patient communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Dental Assisting:

Chairside assisting during dental procedures

Taking digital x-rays (CA certification required)

Impressions and digital scans

Instrument sterilization and operatory preparation

Supporting hygiene appointments as needed

Front Office & Insurance:

Patient check-in and scheduling

Insurance verification and claim submission

Treatment coordination and patient financial discussions

Maintaining accurate patient records

Qualifications:

2+ years dental office experience

California X-Ray Certification

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and claims

Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred

Excellent communication and organization skills

Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude

Spanish bilingual is a plus
