Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team in a dynamic pediatric dental sedation environment. Centers for Pediatric Dental Sedation (CPDS) is an exclusively IV sedation pediatric dental practice. All patients are referred from other offices and treated under sedation. Practices are located in Brookhaven and Marietta. Our office is looking to add full time Spanish speaking assistant to our team. CPDS travels to different locations on varying days of month. Qualifications

• SPANISH Speaking
• Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized medical records management software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing care plans and insurance documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• Familiarity with medical administrative support functions is a plus, especially within a dental clinic context.
