Nolensville Family Dentistry is a modern, relationship-focused private practice seeking a dependable, motivated team member to join our growing office.

This is a versatile position ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, values teamwork, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly. We are looking for a sterilization technician who is eager to expand their skillset into assisting and front desk support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain sterilization flow and instrument processing with attention to detail and OSHA compliance
• Assist the dentist as a second assistant during procedures
• Support hygiene with room turnover, x-rays, and patient flow
• Maintain clean, organized operatories and clinical areas
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs
• Cross-train in front desk duties to assist with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative support as needed

Dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic, just please be a registered dental assistant with x-ray certification.
