Dental Assistant/Sterilization Tech

Broadlands Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. We’re a privately owned family dental practice that values quality care, teamwork, and genuine relationships with our patients and each other.

Responsibilities:

● Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures

● Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms

● Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos

● Maintain accurate patient records

● Help ensure a smooth, comfortable patient experience

Qualifications:

● Dental Assistant certification or equivalent training required

● X-ray certification (or willingness to obtain)

● Previous experience preferred, but not required

● Positive attitude, strong communication, and team-player mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
