Every successful dental procedure starts with properly sterilized instruments. As our Dental Sterilization Technician, you'll be the guardian of cleanliness, organization, and compliance, ensuring our clinical team has everything needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

✅ Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
✅ Monitor and document sterilization cycles according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
✅ Maintain sterilization logs and compliance records
✅ Organize and restock treatment rooms and instrument trays
✅ Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage
✅ Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and PPE
✅ Support the clinical team with efficient instrument turnover throughout the day
✅ Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records
✔ Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
✔ Previous dental, medical, or sterilization experience preferred but not required
✔ Knowledge of infection control standards is a plus
✔ Ability to stand, walk, and lift supplies throughout the workday
