What We Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Reliable daily guarantee for the first 3 to 6 months. plus a percentage of collections. 25%-35%
• .Balanced Lifestyle: Full-time schedule/ Part-time with no "burnout" hours—we value your well-being.
• Benefits: CE allowance to support your lifelong learning. $1,500 – $3,000 annually to support professional development.
• Lab Fees: The practice will cover 100% of initial lab fees for the first few months, eventually moving to a 50/50 split.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Dental License (or ability to obtain).
• A positive, patient-first attitude and a desire to be an active member of the Fate community.
• At least 1 years experience
