Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join Grant Dental Plaza. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring accurate dental coding, and facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, coding systems, dental insurance, and the ability to handle dental records efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
• Manage dental billing processes, ensuring timely submission of claims and follow-up on outstanding collections.
• Maintain organized dental records in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries.
• Assist in the training of new staff on medical office procedures and coding systems.
• Stay updated on changes in dental coding regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ADA coding.
• Experience in dental billing, collections, and managing dental records.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Previous experience in a treatment coordinator or similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
