Dental Business Assistant/Receptionist

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time dental business assistant/receptionist in our pediatric dental office.

We are a fully digital, one doctor-owned pediatric dental practice. Our work environment is fast-paced, challenging and rewarding. Our office is open Monday through Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with dental insurance, be able to verify insurance benefits, greet patients with a smile upon arrival, answer telephones, and efficiently schedule patient appointments. The ability to multi-task is a must. We value excellent communication skills, strong computer knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire and ability to work well with our pediatric patients and their families. Familiarity with Dentrix would be helpful. Our intent is to find someone who wants to be with us long-term.
