What You’ll Do
- Patient Experience: Greet every patient with warmth, manage seamless check‑in/check‑out, and field phone calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Scheduling Mastery: Coordinate and confirm appointments for Dr. Brummett and our hygienists, balancing efficiency with patient convenience.
- Financial Coordination: Guide patients through dental benefit plans, handle account questions, and oversee billing processes.
- Team Communication: Relay schedule changes, updates, and important information to the entire office in a timely manner.
- System Management: Utilize Dental Intelligence software and Eaglesoft to keep records accurate and workflows efficient.
- Office Operations: Maintain a tidy, organized front office, support daily administrative tasks, and assist with special projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring to Our Team
- Experience: Minimum 1 + year in a dental administrative role; demonstrated success in scheduling and financial coordination.
- Dental Background: a passion for dentistry and prior clinical experience highly preferred
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; a natural ability to make patients feel valued.
- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with practice management software and quick to adopt new tools.
- Detail‑Oriented: Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, eager to learn, and ready to collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding care.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:30pm. We have morning huddles and team meetings, as we believe communication is the key to our success.
