Dental Cad/Cam Designer & Ceramist

Precision Dental Arts is a high-end dental laboratory specializing in cosmetic, implant, and digital restorative dentistry. We’re growing and looking for a skilled CAD/CAM Designer and Ceramist to join our talented team.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for designing and finishing high-quality dental restorations, combining digital precision with artistic craftsmanship. This position requires strong experience in 3Shape and/or Exocad, along with a solid understanding of occlusion, function, and esthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations in 3Shape or Exocad
• Finish, stain, and glaze zirconia and layered ceramics
• Review and refine designs for proper fit, function, and esthetics
• Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure consistent quality

Qualifications:

• Experience in CAD/CAM dental design (3Shape or Exocad)
• Experience in ceramic finishing and esthetic layering
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and smile design
• Attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
