Dental Call Center Agent- HIGH OUTBOUND CALLS

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and digital channels, supporting their needs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with medical trminology are highly valued, especially for roles within healthcare-related environments, but not required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your skills in data entry, computer use, and analysis will contribute to delivering outstanding service. This role will be here in office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Provide information regarding products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions through data entry into company systems
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling, billing questions, or technical support as needed
  • Follow established protocols for call handling, including phone etiquette and communication standards
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Utilize computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms during calls
  • Support the collection of relevant data for analysis purposes to improve service quality
  • Uphold confidentiality of sensitive medical or personal information in accordance with privacy regulations

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a strong plus; fluency in English is required, additional languages are advantageous
  • Call quota of 150 outbound calls a day
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in computer skills including data entry, CRM systems, and basic office applications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and prior medical office experience are preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Bilingual capabilities enhance communication with diverse client bases and are highly desirable

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
