Schedule/Hours

• Monday - Thursday
• 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week

Green Dental Group is a welcoming private family dental practice seeking a full-time, experienced Dental Chairside Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care in a friendly, patient-focused environment where both our patients and team members feel valued.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and helping keep the schedule running efficiently. We are looking for a dependable, positive team member with experience in chairside assisting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Follow infection control and OSHA protocols
• Support front office when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (3+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
• X-ray certification (required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix Ascend preferred)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
