- Take full responsibility for the management and daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build, organize and supervise human resources team: coordinate with recruitment and training department to recruit new staff, assign work, evaluate performance and develop team.
- Operational control: reception – consultation – treatment – post-treatment care process, ensuring professional and service standards are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, receptionists and related departments to optimize work efficiency and customer experience.
- Participate in building business plans, service development orientation and revenue targets by month/quarter/year.
- Manage operating costs, budgets and investments in equipment and supplies.
- Ensure the clinic complies with the regulations of the law, the Department of Health and relevant agencies.
- University degree or higher, priority given to majors in: Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of management experience in the medical/service/business field
- No Dental experience required. Experience managing a sales team or consultants is a big plus.
- Experience in building operational processes and monitoring their implementation is a big advantage.
