Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in PHASE 8 Karachi for a Dental Clinic Manager at Dr. Wajeeha Rehman & Associates. The Dental Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, managing scheduling, ensuring efficient patient flow, and upholding excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling administrative tasks, managing financial records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving operational efficiencies. The manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the delivery of quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, document management, and financial record-keeping
• Proven leadership and team management abilities to inspire, guide, and supervise clinic staff
• Proficiency in using dental or healthcare management software and basic computer applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and vendors professionally
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively
• Previous experience in healthcare or dental practice management is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
