Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming patients, handling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Register patients and update their personal and medical information
- Manage patient files and ensure accurate data entry in the system
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding patient flow
- Handle billing support, payments, and insurance coordination when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, confidentiality, and data protection standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma preferred)
- Previous experience as a receptionist in dental clinic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Working Conditions:
