Dental Clinic Receptionist

Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming patients, handling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Register patients and update their personal and medical information
  • Manage patient files and ensure accurate data entry in the system
  • Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding patient flow
  • Handle billing support, payments, and insurance coordination when required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, confidentiality, and data protection standards

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma preferred)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in dental clinic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required
