We are looking for a caring, dependable Clinical Flow Coordinator to join our team.

This role is essential to creating a smooth, comfortable experience for our patients and supporting our clinical team throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Sterilizing and organizing instruments
• Monitoring the daily schedule to help keep patient flow on time
• Greeting patients warmly and escorting them to treatment areas
• Setting up and breaking down patient chairs
• Cleaning and maintaining clinical spaces

The ideal candidate is personorganized, kind, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment. Experience is helpful, but Your natural warmth and enthusiasm for connecting with others are among your strongest assets. a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
