Dental Compliance Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Compliance Officer to support our Night

Shift Operations. The candidate will work closely with the Aging/Accounts Receivable (AR) team to

manage and resolve dental denial claims while ensuring full compliance with dental billing

regulations and payer guidelines. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of dental billing,

coding (CDT), and denial management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze dental claim denials and underpayments
• Prepare and submit appeals with appropriate documentation
• Work closely with the Aging/AR team to reduce outstanding receivables
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring denials and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific dental billing guidelines
• Audit claims for accuracy in coding, documentation, and submission
• Monitor updates in CDT codes, payer policies, and billing regulations
• Maintain accurate records of appeals, compliance checks, and reports
• Provide guidance and training to billing staff on compliance best practices
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in dental billing, coding, and denial management
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes and dental claim submission processes
• Experience handling dental insurance payers and EOB review
• Understanding of AR aging reports and follow-up procedures
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Dental Billing/Coding (preferred)

• Experience in U.S. dental insurance claims processing

• Prior compliance, audit, or quality assurance experience in dental RCM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
