Job Role- Dental Coordinator

Dr Rami Hamed Center FZ LLC is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate are looking for a dedicated, compassionate dental corrdinator to be responsible for the medical care.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures
• Assist the dentist during exams, cleanings, fillings, and surgeries
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays (where certified)
• Mix materials (e.g., fillings, impressions)
• Ensure infection control protocols are followed
• Greet and seat patients
• Explain procedures and post-treatment care instructions
• Help patients feel comfortable and reduce anxiety
• Update medical histories and records

Education and Experience requirements:

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Certification or diploma in dental assisting (varies by region)
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills
• Completion of a dental assisting program
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience as per DHA PQR (Professional Qualification Requirements).
• English is mandatory and Arabic language is a plus advantage
• Experience in the UAE healthcare system

Regulatory Compliance:

• Must adhere to all guidelines set by Dubai Health Authority
• Maintain valid licensure
• Follow UAE medical ethics, patient safety, and confidentiality laws

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,000.00 - AED 5,500.00 per month
