Dental Executive – Insurance Verification

Job Description:
We are seeking a Dental Executive to manage dental insurance verification and ensure accurate, efficient processing of patient information. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in communicating professionally with providers and insurance representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patients’ dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage details before appointments.
• Record and update insurance information accurately in the system.
• Communicate professionally with dental providers and insurance representatives to resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide benefit details and coverage limitations to patients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dental insurance verification.
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes and their descriptions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency in dental software and insurance portals.

Position Type: Full-time
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST
Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 60,000 (based on experience and performance)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
