Complete Smiles Mountain View is a growing, patient-focused family dental practice led by Dr. Jason Coakley. As we expand, we’re looking to add a strong Front Desk team member to help us stay organized, efficient, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is a new position created due to practice growth, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first impression of the office.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional Fridays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Manage scheduling to keep the office efficient and productive
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Verify and input insurance information and breakdowns
• Support overall front office organization and workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of dental or relevant front office experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of insurance, claims, and scheduling
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Friendly, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Growth-minded with high integrity

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18–$22/hour (depending on experience)
